Concordia Estates Condominiums is a 41.30 acre development located on the east side of Gratiot Avenue, south of 26 Mile Road in Chesterfield Township comprising 160 units in four-plex buildings, along with associated recreational space. The project also involved design and construction of the extension of a Macomb County Road Commission required collector road along the northerly boundary, and the relocation and upgrading of a Macomb County Office of Public Works jurisdiction drain along the westerly boundary.
