Wellington Center is a collection of three buildings totaling 120,000 square feet of office medical space located on the east side of Hayes Road, south of 23 Mile Road in Macomb Township. Extensive services were necessary to begin construction on the project due to a variety of engineering constraints and a prior consent judgment in place over the property.
